The Faculty of Physics is offering a two-part

preparatory course (in German language) from September 11 to 29, 2023

for those who are planning to enrol in a bachelor's programme or teacher accreditation programme in physics at the Faculty of Physics of the University of Vienna in October and want to voluntarily brush up and deepen what they have learned in school.

The purpose of this course is to facilitate the beginning of your academic studies. There will be no examinations, but a first opportunity to deepen and brush up your physics knowledge from school under the guidance of university teachers and students. The pre-course is not a course within the framework of the study programme for physics. Therefore, there are no ECTS credits or other possibilities of crediting.

We also recommend participation in the Mathematics Pre-Course at the Faculty of Mathematics.
